ABOUT OUR INTERNS
We’re looking for motivated college students in their junior or senior years who are  
interested in marketing, event planning, modeling/model management or a career in  
music. They must be responsible, reliable and have a passion for fashion and music. We
want individuals who will take full advantage of being part of Infinite Dreams Marketing.


THE JOB
We’re looking for a minimum of 10-hours per week commitment from each intern for the  
full length of an academic semester (Spring, Summer, Fall) in exchange for experience,
exposure, academic credit and an opportunity for advancement at Infinite Dreams
Marketing, Inc. Interns will participate in a wide range of marketing activities as we work
to promote our recording artists, models, events, clients and company. They will sit in on
our staff meetings and listen in as staff and producers make the all-important decisions
about whom/what gets promoted. They will work closely with management to assure that
proper development and marketing is accomplished. They will learn the ins and outs of
how a marketing and management company is ran from staff in the event planning,
marketing and modeling departments.


Duties:
*Assisting team leads and marketing staff
*Submitting Models and Talent for Castings
*Scanning Photos
*Calling models, street team and talent to confirm verify availability and follow-up
on bookings, etc.
*Participating in company open calls and model searches
*Attending and Assisting at shows, photo shoots and special events
for the company
*Scheduling appointments for street team, models and talent
*Data entry
*Answering Phones
*Other company specific duties


Required Skills:
*Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Internet
*Excellent Phone skills
*Ability to multi-task and work under pressure


Candidates MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION in order to qualify for the  
position. The ability to travel is also a plus. (Those seeking academic credit: You will
need to make these arrangements for yourself, and provide documentation, prior to
starting the internship.)
